Analyzing the Handoff Call Blocking Probability in Wireless network with mobile base station

Mobility has now a crucial requirement for wireless communication. Handoff is one of the major tasks that are used to support continuous transmission for a mobile terminal into different radio coverage area. In this paper, to enhance the wireless network capacity around tandem buses by setting up mobile base station and establishing several wireless interfaces along the roof of the tandem buses. We propose a handover model which RSS based with threshold and cell boundary for mobile base station. This model is able to select the suitable base station (BS) based on the powerful RSS and threshold far from the mobile terminal (MT). Proposed Handover allows a mobile user to reacting quickly to decide about to which base station to connect. We calculate the handoff blocking probability performance of high-speed moving base station and mobile terminal in a congested urban area. Some performance measures and a variety of numerical results in the form of graphs are discussed.
